DZ HYP's Green Mortgage Pfandbrief several times oversubscribed
DZ HYP successfully placed its fourth benchmark issue this year on Tuesday, 2 July 2024. The Green Mortgage Pfandbrief with a volume of 500 million euros, a term until 20 September 2028 and a coupon of 3.125 percent met with extremely strong demand. The issue was supported by a syndicate consisting of DekaBank, DZ BANK, Erste Group, NatWest, NORD/LB and Société Générale.

Sustainable beacon project: opening of the Berlin Gasometer
Around 400 invited guests celebrated the opening of the new Gasometer on the EUREF campus in Berlin on 1 June 2024. The Berlin landmark, which has been refurbished in line with its listed status, will serve as an office building and unique event space in future.

Johannes Koch elected new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DZ HYP AG
On 8 May 2024 the Annual General Meeting of DZ HYP AG elected Johannes Koch, member of the Board of Managing Directors of DZ BANK AG, to the Supervisory Board of DZ HYP AG. Mr Koch assumed the chair of the Supervisory Board on the same day. He succeeds Uwe Fröhlich, who resigned from the Supervisory Board at the close of the Annual General Meeting, as planned.

DZ HYP Mortgage Pfandbrief generates great investor interest
Die DZ HYP hat am Dienstag, den 23. April 2024 eindrucksvoll ihre dritte Benchmarkemission in diesem Jahr platziert. Der Hypothekenpfandbrief im Volumen von 500 Millionen Euro, einer Laufzeit bis zum 31. Mai 2032 und einem Kupon von 3,0 Prozent traf auf reges Investoreninteresse. Die Emission wurde von einem renommierten Konsortium – bestehend aus DZ BANK, Bayern LB, Crédit Agricole, Nordea, Rabobank, Unicredit – begleitet.

Successful joint financing of CENTRAL PARX in Frankfurt
The project will get underway this year: CENTRAL PARX, an office building that will set new standards in terms of sustainability and a modern working environment, is being built in the immediate vicinity of the Alte Oper opera house and embedded in Rothschildpark in Frankfurt. The total investment volume for the project is 370 million euros.Together with five local cooperative banks, DZ HYP is providing a financing amount of EUR 200 million.

DZ HYP successfully issues ten-year Mortgage Pfandbrief
DZ HYP took advantage oft he current positive sentiment on the bond market and today issued yesterday, Wednesday, a ten-year Mortgage-Pfandbrief, which was welcomes by investors with strong demand. The €500 million bond carries a coupon of 3.125 per cent. The transaction was accompanied by a banking consortium consisting of Bank of Montreal, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, DZ BANK, LBBW and Santander.

DZ HYP issued on Wednesday, 3 January 2024 its first Mortgage Pfandbrief of the year with a term of seven years and a coupon of 2.75 per cent. The issue was accompanied by a banking consortium consisting of Danske Bank, DZ BANK, Helaba, ING, Natixis and UBS.
