Section 2 Investment Regulations (AnIV) - Confirmation Statement 2024

Owing to section 2 (1) 18b of the AnIV, the insurance companies listed in section 1 (1) of the AnIV may only deposit funds with a bank if it confirms compliance with the applicable capital adequacy and liquidity rules of the country in which it is headquartered.
