Disclosure Report on Remuneration Policy
Pursuant to section 16 (1), (3) and (4) of the German Regulation on Remuneration in Financial Institutions (Institutsvergütungsverordnung – "InstVergV") DZ HYP is obliged to publish its remuneration policy on the internet.
In this context,
- the structure of remuneration systems, in particular the material remuneration parameters and the composition of remuneration components, and the manner in which remuneration is paid; and
- the total amount of all remuneration, divided into fixed and variable remuneration, plus the number of recipients of the variable remuneration, must be published, and updated at least once a year.
