As a real estate and Pfandbrief bank, we keep a close eye on the commercial real estate markets we operate in and have been analysing them for years. We regularly share our insights with investors and with our partners in the Cooperative Financial Network. Each spring and autumn, we traditionally publish studies on selected German centres of real estate as well as the top seven German real estate markets. Twice a year, we analyse the markets of the German federal states. You can find an overview in the download area.
