Johannes Koch elected new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DZ HYP AG

On 8 May 2024 the Annual General Meeting of DZ HYP AG elected Johannes Koch, member of the Board of Managing Directors of DZ BANK AG, to the Supervisory Board of DZ HYP AG. Mr Koch assumed the chair of the Supervisory Board on the same day. He succeeds Uwe Fröhlich, who resigned from the Supervisory Board at the close of the Annual General Meeting, as planned.
Johannes Koch joined DZ BANK AG in 2013, having held various positions at KfW Banking Group and Boston Consulting Group previously. He was appointed to DZ BANK AG’s Board of Managing Directors in January 2024, where he is responsible for Group Human Resources, with joint responsibility for Strategy & Group Development as well as Credit. Mr Koch holds a degree in Business Administration as well as a Master of Arts degree in Economics.
