DZ HYP places Green Jumbo Pfandbrief

DZ HYP successfully placed a €1 billion Green Mortgage Pfandbrief on the capital markets on Wednesday, 10 September 2025. The benchmark bond matures on 30 August 2030 and carries a 2.50 per cent coupon. The five-year issue generated significant market interest and was subscribed by a broad investor base.

Earlier today, DZ HYP published its Green Bond Report for the 2024 financial year. Having issued Green Pfandbriefe since 2022, the Bank has undertaken to comply with ICMA’s Green Bond Principles.
