Approach

The DZ HYP sustainability ranking was developed based on our many years of experience and with the help of external expertise. It includes around 160 indicators based on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations.

Result

The DZ HYP sustainability ranking enables (inter)national comparability. It offers a multidimensional ESG assessment (E= Environmental, S= Social, G= Governance); in addition to an overall ranking, individual SDG targets and individual ESG components can be determined. We look at both the current status and sustainability developments in the municipalities. The DZ HYP sustainability ranking enables benchmark, location, and scenario analyses and is an integral part of the municipal credit and decision-making process.
