Impressive appearance at EXPO REAL 2022

DZ HYP can look back on a successful participation at EXPO REAL 2022. Together with Union Investment, the bank presented itself this year at a new, spacious and modern trade fair stand. In the elegant ambience around the "Bar du Nord", DZ HYP's real estate experts held stimulating professional discussions and made numerous contacts.
On the very first day of the fair, Sabine Barthauer, Member of the Management Board of DZ HYP, took part in the panel "Financing in times of crisis: How will banks and alternative financiers act in the fall of 2022?". She emphasized that the current pressure and the special situation the industry is currently experiencing will generate further innovations.
EXPO REAL 2022 was attended by around 40,000 participants, 30 percent more people than expected. Trade visitors and company representatives were more or less in balance. Central topics were inflation, interest rate policy, ESG requirements, the creation of affordable housing and the overall economic situation.
Next year, EXPO REAL will take place from October 4 to 6.
