Sustainability Management
At DZ HYP, sustainability is a cross-divisional responsibility and is addressed across all management levels and divisions. To this end, the Bank has established sustainability committees, led by dedicated Sustainability Management team members.
Governance
Good corporate governance extends beyond compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to include adherence to voluntary commitments and internal guidelines. It also encompasses responsible risk management, protecting the Bank’s reputation and implementing transparent business processes.
Given the critical importance of sustainability, responsibility for these issues lies with the Management Board. The Supervisory Board concerns itself with matters such as the Bank’s business and risk strategies, its business performance, sustainability strategy and risk management.
