DZ HYP is a leading Pfandbrief bank in Germany. To refinance its lending business, DZ HYP issues Mortgage Pfandbriefe on the capital market, which may also be issued as Green Pfandbriefe, as well as Public Pfandbriefe. These are characterised by the high quality of the cover pool, and are rated Aaa by the rating agency Moody's and AAA by S&P. DZ HYP issues its bonds in benchmark format, or offers them as private placements.
