DZ HYP places Green Jumbo Pfandbrief

• Green Mortgage Pfandbrief, 5-year maturity

DZ HYP successfully placed a €1 billion Green Mortgage Pfandbrief on the capital markets on Wednesday, 10 September 2025. The benchmark bond matures on 30 August 2030 and carries a 2.50 per cent coupon. The five-year issue generated significant market interest and was subscribed by a broad investor base.

The issue was placed by a syndicate comprising DekaBank, DZ BANK, ING, Helaba, Nordea and UniCredit.

After the transaction was announced on Tuesday afternoon, the order book was opened on Wednesday morning with a spread of mid-swap plus 30 basis points (vs. 6-month Euribor). The allocable order book totalled €1.998 billion and comprised 105 orders, leading to a final spread of mid-swap plus 25 basis points.
