Disclosure Report on Remuneration Policy
Pursuant to section 16 (1), (3) and (4) of the German Remuneration Regulation for Institutions (Institutsvergütungsverordnung – "InstVergV") DZ HYP is obliged to publish its remuneration policy on the internet.
In this context,
- the structure of remuneration systems, in particular the material remuneration parameters as well as the composition of remuneration and the way remuneration is paid and
- the total amount of all remuneration, divided into fixed and variable remuneration as well as the number of beneficiaries of the variable remuneration must be published and updated at least once a year.
